How to create reddit comment bot for my subreddit

I have created quotes sub http://www.reddit.com/r/QuotesDB/ and i want to create a bot for this sub who can comment at others sub and after comment there should be link of my sub. Please let me know how can i develop this type of sub. Example sub is here http://www.reddit.com/user/image_linker_bot

I have created a sub http://www.reddit.com/r/QuotesDB/ and want to make my sub popular thats why i want to create a bot who will comment on other subreddit posts and after post there should be text Feedback welcome at /r/QuotesDB/

For example this bot is doing same for his sub too http://www.reddit.com/user/image_linker_bot

Nothing is related! I honestly can't tell if you're joking or not.
There are plenty of guides, tutorials, videos etc.. which will show you perfectly, how to make one.

There's a subreddit called botrequests or requestabot where you can ask people to create a reddit bot for you.
