Indexed links vs. Results on Google

if i use a service like lindexed, and get my Senuke links indexed within a day, does that mean Ill have results on google within a day?
(assuming that its an easy keyword and all you need is 1 day of seo to rank page #1)
Or will I have to wait a few weeks to see results?
