Paypal Verification - Will Pay

Alright, So if anyone could assist me I recently aquired a fresh fully verified paypal. I have a dedicated IP with the account. Today I made the error of accidently trying to charge the bank account on the account and it locked me out of the account and wants full bank details and to verify some things. Can anyone do these things to get my PP unlimited?

If you only have the 4 last digits of the bank, you need to contact whoever you got the verified paypal from and get those details. Nobody else can provide you those details.

Not that I'm aware of. I purchased it off a buddy and it has no previous history, etc. I used it fine until I screwed up today

Hello,so many people are buying stealth PayPal accounts.nothing is wrong as long as he is not trying to scam others money.
