Help: YouTube Videos for Monetizing

Hi, I am uploading on youtube some free videos, No music totally free videos, other people are also uploading those videos...
i am using camtasia for capture and for adding watermark, but all the time my video not get approved for Monetizing..
Please suggest me what should i do to get Monetizing?

Do you have any strikes ie copyright ? As this can sometimes cause it to be difficult to monetize once u get a strike.

please read carefully, "No music totally free videos"

"other people are also uploading those videos" i think it reason your video can not monetize.

Please make sure that YT doesn't love duplicated video (content).
Try to SPIN it to make your vid. unique before uploading.
Some extra steps:
- No need add any KW to video file name
- Add some more picture or make it longer than original video
- Change its default thumbnails (use your own pictures)

Please suggest me what software should i use to spin my videos, ti make them unique..?
