Looking to sell my website - any ideas?

Hi,

I'm currently running a website related to hacks, which is earning me about 140$+ per month. Awstats shows me that I get about 3000-4500 unique visitors per month (I think it's a bit lower though). I added 4 pages of content in a week or so, but it could easily be 40+ (a lot more earnings), but I just dont have the time now as school started.

I can prove the earnings, ownership, the visitors and everything. I have heard you can ask 6-12 the amount you make per month. But my problem is where could I sell this? I don't think it's allowed to be sold on Flippa because of the niche..

I've seen people selling sites that make 5k$ per month, there's nothing unusual in that. Maybe he doesn't want to wait for a year to earn the kind of money he could make for selling it now.

5k$ per month is the biggest salary can be earned in my country no matter what kind of job you do.

I would be ready to working 24/7 on that page for that amount. And people are just selling it like that

I wish I had sold my 10k+ /month making site when it WAS making that money , now I would not be in debt and financial problems. Nothing is certain on IM world, so cash in your hands much better than potential huge future earnings. All your hard work could be wiped-out with a google update.
