This is a great service to get your feet wet as a site owner and the sites that are built are a nice base upon which one can build a decent sized, good earning site. The content is decent and the theme is good for advertising and the site looks nice overall.
The KW chosen was pretty decent as well and although I have had the site in my hand for just a few days I am sure it is easy enough to rank with just a little SEO.
The site that I got can be monetized in a few different ways, not just adsense. Amazon and eBay partner network will both work as well as a few offers on CJ and I'll be looking there instead of adsense as I think there is more money in those areas for this.
Lots of images which are good, if used properly, for SEO.
I had to do
Image SEO on the site but that is to be expected for the small price that the OP charges and far from bad as most people don't take advantage of that. A couple of hours of work there on my end.
I also did some additional KW research for the site as I won't keep a small site like this in my portfolio (many do and that is fine but I like to build large sites and rank for lots of KWs) and there were a lot of related KWs that I found that are easily ranked as well. That is a huge plus, in my opinion, as you can use this as a base to build a decent earner with a little extra work.
The OP is a good guy and his communication during the process, although not much was needed, was solid and the TAT was fine as well.
All in all, a positive experience and a site that I will build on over the next 8 - 10 months and make some decent bank off of it.
