Let the blog get older for 1-2 months before you thinking to monetize it.
Keep this speed of posting till you reach 200-250 posts. Then you have a good amount of traffic that you can monetize it.

You can earn money with adsense and affiliate products.

I think once the blog get set up to the above citeria you can easily make $2000+ per month . (According to the quality of traffic you are saying).
