The service runs just fine like usual, I am not seeing any issue
Take a note that indexing like ranking and many other things in SEO, is not exact science and indexing times are different for every single batch of links
Mainly indexing times depends on the links quality, domain authority, domain spam levels and etc.. From other side Google is acting different all the time, and sometimes even shitty links it indexes in minutes, but some quality links on good domain it takes hours or a day..
Just be bit patient and give your links more time
