Not able to update Wordpress theme :(

we are not able to update our theme we are facing this error ..

We need to fix this error within hour.. please help us how can we fix this !!

Its Premium theme but we are using Nulled version .. ! so we can't download the latest version from the official website.

but how it was working from last 5 days ? no problem at all and yesterday we are not able to open the website..

EDIT : Last time its updated to the Latest Version. but now we cant.

Reupload the old theme file that you have and get back to the old version. Your site will probably be working again.

Buying the theme would be a good move.

It's all well and good using nulled themes, scripts etc for just testing purposes and I would even stretch so far as to say noobs with no $$$ to spare could do it but you sound desperate so I'm assuming you are making some money from your site with this theme.

So Buy The Fucking Theme!!!
