Day 9

Since I already have some advance written articles for my first and second blog, all I did today was to post one article on them before relaxing.

1st Blog
- Total post is now 7

2nd Blog
- Total post is now 3

3rd Blog
- Did nothing

So far, I got zero traffic from my StatCounter. The good news is that my main keyword from my 1st blog is at the third page results of Google. As for my second blog, it's indexed by it doesn't seem to appear on the top 100 page results of Google but I found it on the second page of Bing and Yahoo.

- I got 2 unique visitor from Google

2nd Blog
- Total posted articles is now 4

3rd Blog
- Started posting 1 article

4th Blog
- I wrote a total of 14 articles

I think that I'm gonna end up with 5 blogs only.

I had chosen a niche of my interest and knowledge, it's the reason why I can write them fast. Other than that, I got motivation.

Day 10

1st Blog
- Posted 9 total articles
- Stats not worth mentioning yet.

2nd Blog
- Posted 5 total articles

3rd Blog
- Posted 2 total articles

4th Blog
- Posted 1 article

5th Blog
- I have written a total of 5 articles
- Designed a unique template
- And posted one article

I think that I can only maintain 5 blogs. My next goal is to feed these blogs with contents. I'm going to continue writing them contents until they have a total of 20 posted articles before I'll start with their SEO campaign.

For the mean time, I might not be updating this thread for awhile until I managed to post around 20 articles on each of my blogs. I might start posting 2 articles in these coming days so that I will have enough content before engaging to SEO related stuffs.

Day 11 to 22

I'm sorry guys, I cheated. I outsourced some contents.

Right now, I'm getting some bot traffics coming from different search engines. Not yet worth posting the screenshot of my stats.

I have not yet monetized my blogs so I'm still at zero earnings.

Through my searches about newly setup blogs, it seems that many are having trouble ranking as compared before. Some even say that it will take around 3 months period before the king of the search will either put your blog on the result or it will simply not. Anyway, at least I have 5. If three of them didn't make it then I still have 2 blogs to work on.

I said "didn't make it" because I already do have some previous blogs setup wherein some of them got indexed by Google but they don't rank even if you are going to type the complete title or a long phrase from the content.

Moreover, I'll do social bookmarking as of the moment while adding more contents that I outsourced.

I have found with infolinks lots of traffic almost more important then subject of the site, like many sites that very well off a few clicks in adsense made next to nothing with infolinks

Nope, I have not yet monetized them with infolinks. It's because I'm still not ranking for my targeted keyword whereas most of my traffic are simply coming from the bots (spiders or crawlers). Although, there are only few that comes from social bookmarking networks but I highly doubt if they do convert into clicks.

This is now Day 39:

All of my 5 blogs have now over 20 pages of contents and all of them are now indexed by Google. My next plan is to start building them backlinks manually. I will be building at least 1 good quality of backlink for each of my blog once a day.

I will be doing this for this whole month of July but if the result is bad wherein I'm not getting any ranking from Google or any organic traffic then I might just consider purchasing a dot com domain and perhaps start all over again from the beginning.

Sorry guys that I had abandoned this project because of some important offline things that I have to work on. Anyway, I now have the time again to continue this project again.

From the time of my last update, I never touched my 5 blogs.

Checking their keywords today at Google result, they are all ranking at pages 7 to 15. All I did was actually bookmarked them on popular booking marking sites and shared them on popular social sites such as Facebook and Pinterest.

I also applied them all to Infolinks and all of my 5 blogs got accepted. I learned that they do accept blogs with at least 13 posted contents. Gladly, I have more than 20 posts on each of my blogs. However, I haven't yet embedded the codes because my blogs are receiving just about 5 to 10 daily traffic only.

Continuing from the time that I had left, this is now;

Day 40

A penguin update has been recently released and I'm sure that my blogs has never been hit because I never seriously built any backlinks from the time that I had left this project.

So what I am going to do now?

Many SEO experts are still trying to figure out this penguin update. I guess it's best to wait for them to solve the puzzle before I make a move in building backlinks. For this reason, I will be writing more contents to my blogs.

I will write a lot of additional contents until I get bored. Once I get bored, I might make an additional blog with another interesting topic to keep me going from writing a lot of contents.

I am actually willing to accept any of your suggestions of what's best to do on this new era of the mighty penguins.

Day 41

I have written a total of 10 articles today. While writing them, my mind is often bothered if I am going to add them to my main blog or to make use of them as articles for backlinks.

Are these blogger blogs? Make sure to back up your content because these blogs can be deleted anytime. It would also be easier to rank for those keywords if you had made 1 blog. Google would view it as an authority with minimum backlinks and high number of articles, but good luck! I am enjoying reading your journey so far.

Thanks DeadJoe, you have just given me an idea and yes they are all Blogger blogs. And I always do make a copy of my articles here on my hard drive.

That idea is simply to write a lot of contents. I will try to achieve a total of 300 posts on each of the blog and let's see if that will increase their organic traffic. If an increase in traffic is observed then I will continue with this content method in which perhaps allow me to achieve my earnings' goal in infolinks.

As mentioned above, I will be experimenting about adding a lot of contents on my blog if this will increase both my ranking on Google and traffic.

Day 43

I had a super aching tooth the other day so yesterday, the pain eases away so I immediately went to my dentist to get it removed.

Anyway, I posted some of the articles that I have already written in advance.

Day 43 to 50

Wow, 7 days passed and I am not making any progress. I actually spent most of my time these past seven days writing a lot of articles.

Everyday that I am checking on my keyword rankings, most of them went terribly down from their usual rankings. Here are the following updates of my blog's rankings;

Blog 1 - From page 13 down to page 15

Blog 2 - Remained on page 7

Blog 3 - From page 7 down to page 14

Blog 4 - From page 3 down to 25!

Blog 5 - From page 2 down to 18!

I am very disappointed but still I am keeping up by thinking that its an effect of the so called "Google Dance".

What I am going to do now is still to continue writing contents for more further observations.
