Unless you are living in a country where they wont be able to get you I would give it straight to them. Its always a risk using a tradmarked name in a domain even if its for a review site.

Ok, I'll sus this out to make sure they actually own it, but even if they do own the trademark, can't I still use it as per the .com policy? I'm allowed to still register a domain name with the name of the trademark in there right?

yeah I am not, and it's all on an anonymous registrar in Holland. Also all the whois info is all fake. they just have my fake email I use to register domains and for other miscellaneous stuff.

They can get it from you, if they file for ICANN, because you operate something on a domain that violates their trademark. Make sure they own it, but I would just give it up if they do. Not worth the hassle.

If you can prove that you're not going to use it in any way that the visitors might confuse the two (your site and the original brand) and you don't use it for any similar purposes or relating to the brand, you might be able to keep it. But it takes a lot of effort. And how exactly do you prove it, I do not know.

No they are not going to buy because they can get it for free from you.

I never said it came from a lawyer, it came from the company, from their Trademark Department, I just checked again.
