Needless to say that people where disappointed because they where expecting to have traffic from all of the English speaking world. They explained that the actual social media work has been performed from India with relevant Ip's and localization.

Can you elaborate a bit on this issue,please?

Hmm not sure which services you mean when you say similar service. We are a full service managed social media provider, consider that you would be hiring a social media person inhouse, pay him/her $$$ a month, pay them for health and insurance benefits, pay them for training, keep them motivated to learn the latest in social media marketing. Instead of that you give the tasks to experts in our team whose daily job is to manage social media of clients. I don't see what difference does it make if the service is done in US, India or Europe, it has nothing to do with any localization as all content that's being posted is posted based on the niche and nature of business of the customer.
