How to monetize on "Employment seekers"?

Hi,

I have lots of traffic from people wanting jobs. Any suggestions on how to monetize this traffic?

I was thinking in terms of an personality test or background check affiliate program, but haven't found any yet.

Any god ideas?

You could charge a small fee to the employment seekers, and find employment for them. It's a win win win.

Just by browsing through offervault.com you can use app installs and resume offers to monetize this type of traffic.

There are other ways to monetize this niche as well but it's a bit blackhat and may present ethical concerns. I'm not really too fond of doing this type of method because I don't have the stomach for it.

If you want to, you could do the following for great commissions:

1) I-Frame a CPA offer that requires a mailing address with the pretence of sending them an application form.
2) I-Frame an email submit CPA with the pretence of registering their email address with your HR team so you can email them an application form.
3) Offer a "download now" link, which looks like a link to download the application form, but is infact a PPI offer
4) Send them to a PPD offer, with the pretence of downloading an application form.

Now, here are the potential pitfalls:
1) It is more of a churn and burn method - no long term cash
2) You will need to either find an incentives allowed CPA company, or rotate the offers to keep the conversions low
3) You will also need to send some junk traffic to the offer in order to keep the conversions low.

These methods are pretty solid and will work if you take action and cover your tracks as much as possible.

Don't be greedy, get in, get paid and get out.

I second the ethical approach.

I forgot to mention one benefit of using the ethical approach: if the visitors are satisfied with the job they've received,they'll be more likely to recommend it to family and friends (which means more traffic, more money, and more people to help).

There are lots of job portals. Talk to a marketing manager responsible for the traffic.
1) Ask him to run a banner.
2) Integrate with their site and go for CPC model
3) OR both

I am pretty sure you can get more money than adsense if you hit the right portal.

If they are targeted from a specific area why not just create your own job hunting website and direct traffic to the website.Choosing how you want to monetize is up to you.You could go the Adsense route if you have a lot of traffic.Or you could promote CPA offers.Just a thought.

There are some job affiliate programs if u search, some pay for resume submitted some for registration on the jobsite

Employment agencies must have affiliate schemes, no? Worse case scenario is using a 'Refer a friend' scheme, where you get a couple of dollars. Also try to get them on a mailing list.
