Yes I could do this, but then my follower/following ratio will be skewed.
5-10 a day looks like natural growth. + working real followers in along with some fakes.

A ratio of 30 follows to 10 following is not a skew to be concerned about. You can unfollow those not following a day later.
Came across a new account yesterday that is growing by 2000 real follows a day.
No need to use fake account follows if you understand the audience.

"real" followers can not be bought.
"safe" is not really possible at this time because twitter always updates.
5-10 followers at a time will bring absolutely nothing.

5-10 followers are worth crap...I get 500-1000 and its still sucks.

I know what im looking for, hence, I asked for service recommendations.

well its 5-10 at a time. Not just 5-10 total.
Let me just mention this, since no one seems to understand where im going with this apparently.
Ever think 500-1000 followers at time is off putting to real users? People are smart, if youre running a churn-and-burn twitter accounts in 2014...people know, trust me theyve seen it for years now.
For example, the account that im looking for 5-10 followers at a time is a business im runnning. I will not say the niche, but some of the larger players only have 8-10k followers. I have 15.
How would it look if I added 1000 overnight? You think others in the field would just assume I have the fastest growing business under the sun, or that im buying followers?
or even worse, what would happen if I followed 100 accounts from my niche "audience" per day and unfollowed them when they didnt follow back? You think they would be dying to use my service after that?
I get that people on here are all about numbers and pushing it to the limit or whatever the hell people do. But I prefer to build real businesses. I frankly wouldnt even to buy any followers if I didnt know a large number of followers subconciously influences REAL users to follow.
Anyway, still looking for a service. Opinions on my motives, not so much.

Ahh makes more sense now. If you already have the largest account in your niche AND your tweets and page is similar, I can understand your rationalization about dramatic increasing stats can impact credibility.

I think you are overestimating a twitter follower's relationship with you. It is not like an open phone connection. You tweet, it goes into the 'noise' what is the user's twitter feed. There are hundreds of tweets if not thousands to read every day for each user. In case you have 1000 followers perhaps a fraction is online when you tweet perhaps a fraction is interested and perhaps just a fraction of that will take any action. In other words, 5-10 followers will get you nowhere whatever exotic and highly converting niche you are in.

You can use Twiends. Just follow a few people, offer 5+ seeds for each follower and you'll get 5-10 followers from real profiles in a matter of seconds.

"Set time interval: " you_can_enter_minutes_here // after this parameter followers will be gained or this can be random for example every 10-20minutes or whatever.
And yes what others replayed 5-10 is kinda small... tho if bot is working all day lets say it's looping and following 30 times in a day it's ok I guess. 30 x "your number of followers"

Usually just use twitter alongside businesses or blogs that I'm running and keep it simple.
