Difference between Jr. VIP and Donor?

Hello,

I recently joined Black Hat world and I am a little confused over the membership types.
I learned that you need to be Jr. VIP to post to marketplace. But can you be a donor and post to there?

Welcome to BHW! In order to be a Jr.VIP you have to acquire at least 100 quality post
and 2 months time on the boards. Make sure every post you make is a quality post and
let post count numbers take care of themselves.

At this point you could just be a donating member and in that case your name would be
pink and you would pick up some key benefits like a larger PM box, Custom avatar option,
and the ability to place your signature on your profile.

Please note that you must only place 3 or less affiliate links no larger than size 2 font or
you can place a banner that has to be smaller than 728 X 90 pixels.

I think I may go with the donor for right now and work my way up to the Jr. VIP.
We will see how it goes, so far I have learned a lot just browsing through the forums.
 
Well, Jr.VIP's are Donors. So, there actually is no difference at all between Jr.VIP and Donor level.

If what you mean though is "What's the difference between Jr.VIP and Premium membership (both are Donor levels) then that is a question that can be answered.

Premium membership Donor level has no requirements other than making the $97 donation. Benefit of obtaining Premium membership is that you don't have to wait till meeting the requirements of Jr.VIP to get a larger PM inbox, and the option of having a signature space (signature must meet specific guidelines).

Jr.VIP membership Donor level requires you have been a forum member for at least 60 days, have made 100 or more posts in forums that count, and make a $97 donation. Benefit of obtaining Jr.VIP are - Access to the Jr.VIP forum, a larger PM inbox, option of having a signature space, and option of having a sales thread in the BHW Marketplace (signature and/or sales threads must meet specific guidelines).

One thing to always keep in mind is that the Premium membership does NOT include an upgrade to the Jr.VIP level once the other requirements are met. If a Premium member later wants access to the Jr.VIP benefits, they will have to make another donation to become Jr.VIP.
