SMTP SERVER for sending unlimited emails

It is not about just sending the email.
Postfix can not manage high queue load.It doesnt have any reputation managemant.No bounce or fbl processing.

It simply a free software for starters.No serious email marketer would use it if they know what they are missing.

you can all do it with IEM + Plugins with Postfix. You can increase the volume with several server and Loadbalancing.
Sending 8Millions email in less than 24h with that's setup and don't need to buy pmta or buy a cracked version some want sell to me when looking for other solution.
IEM plugins are not cheap too.

I'm in Email markerting since 1998. Run long time Lyris one but they turn very expensive and was certainely before the fastest SMTP server.
However they change business model about 7 years ago if i'm remember well.

Well,sharing the same history.Once we had 110 dedicated servers and many customers but saw that hosting market was already full and switched to email business.

I use Postfix for sending my mails, I'm not sending 1,000,000 message per day, only 100k, single Postfix server. It's costing $20/mo at Linode, I had to configure it for OpenDKIM and then configure the DNS for SPF and TXT and other such records. Now it's all good, has not been spoiled yet either - it takes some time to configure it properly - almost 4 hours - but now I can send massive volumes.

One very important factor is the destination concurrency, you have to keep it pretty low to not look like a spammer

I use also postfix for my clients they can send mass emails with no problem,with a custom mode to forward those bounces from any email they want.

you cant use only 1 server to send such amount of mails . You have to take many . for example you can send 500mails per hour from a smtp without blocking it . so now u calculate how many u need ....

There are lots of open source smtp server software and yes they are good in sending mails but that not mean they are better than powermta .. if you really know about powermta then its really hard to find same software as like as powermta .. powermta is unique software available in market with lots of unique features .... powermta make email marketing easy but the thing is that you should have to get proper knowledge of powermta ..
