Link Building Question In Regards To Web 2.0

I'm not new to the game, but it's been a while since I have attempted much link building. I know the landscape is ever changing in the link building area. My question is...

I want to build around 3-5 super web 2.0 resources. These will get posts on them frequently, likely daily along with the website that they are linking to. I will be writing unique content for these 2.0 sites. My question is, how important is it that my content is unique on the 2.0 sites? Can I copy and paste the content from 2.0 to 2.0? Keep in mind this content is completely unique from the target sites content but related. Also keep in mind this will only be to 3-5 web 2.0 properties. So it's not like I'm plastering this content to 100's of sites. I'm shooting for quality over quantity but I don't have time to write unique content for 3-5 individual 2.0 sites. Some insight on this would be incredibly helpful. Thank you!

I should also note that spinning is probably not an option here. I'm not using the content enough to constitute spinning. On top of that, spinning drives me up a wall. I can't handle it... I would rather write new content than spin it. I know people are going to say spinning is the solution, but I'm just unwilling to do that. So any advice other than spinning will be greatly appreciated.

Never post duplicate content from web 2.0 to web 2.0. It not only leaves a footprint but once tagged as duplicate by google I see it becoming useless. For my web 2.0's I'll write the content or buy some from the marketplace. As long as the content is copyscaped passed and 90%+ unique I don't see an issue with it being on the tier 1 field.

How many words minimum would you suggest on a 2.0 for it to be useful. I was shooting for 400 buy if I'm writing for a few I might need to cut that a bit.

All my web 2.0 articles are 700+ words. When I create the web 2.0 I might put up 3 articles, and from then update once a week (sometimes I get away with once every 2 weeks). Mixture of course with video embeds, pictures, I might add additional pages, and adding social media links unique to each individual web 2.0. Some say that's going overboard but I'm working with clients that depend on their site as a livelihood so last thing I want to do is get penalized under the circumstances of a manual inspection

Damn koolkake, you don't mess around. Your doing it right though. Cutting corners never works out long run. I'm trying to create legitimate long term backlinks. But i simply don't have the ability to do 700 per. I'll stick with 400 per. I recently left my job and have a site with a mountain of potential. Been around for a year and is getting around 800 organic hits a day with no backlinking done by me. I'm treating it like a baby right now. Would you suggest each 2.0 be created with different email/username?

If I'm creating a new web 2.0 on the same platform for a different client (for example tumblr or livejournal), I will use a proxy with new email and registration information. This isn't to hide from google because obviously google can't get information within 3rd party website databases, this is only to evade spam detection on that particular web 2.0 platform

I'm not sure, I'd probably do a mixture of blog platforms like wordpress and tumblr and add in some static website platforms like yolasite or weebly.
