Need help verifying meetme.com account

I'm trying to do sms verification with meetme.com so I used various free sms numbers apps such as pinger, textnow, heywire and none work meetme.com gives error: We could not complete a call to the number you provided. Please provide a different number and try again.

Is there any working number that work with meetme.com?

sonetel doesn't look like it's free
 
You're all wrong, Sonetel and all the other places like textnow etc., are banned from Meetme. Meetme has better security than facebook, why? They use ThreatMetrix which does fingerprinting profiling. Places like Hola are useless as well, because they are non usa ips and anything outside the usa in meetme = automatic phone verify.

I challenge anyone to make more than a few accounts with them and not get the phone verify page. Even if you use virtual machines they are detecting a pattern in that so when you make new virtual machines they'll identify you on every single try. Places like IPrental and Proxyrental.net are also useless as threatmetrix has their number already!
 
I tried sonetel and still won't verify :( I only want to verify in order to remove their stupid captchas
 
I'm telling you you're going to have to use a real phone number, they check any number you enter to see if its a real landline, real mobile, or virtual number.
 
meetme would be a killer if it weren't for their stupid phone verify
i've seen today someone bumped an older gmail phone verify method, i tried it and almost worked, i'm saying almost, because they at least recognized the number as valid, but the call never came :)

That sucks! Well, you got closer than me at least, I wonder why the call didn't go through?

I had never heard of "ThreatMetrix" before. Thanks for the info on that! There are "certain" sites that I cannot penetrate after some time. Perhaps they use this service.
 
i have one doubt sonetel how to use. i already so many time tired sonetel but i cant do ?

good question, i didn't really have the patience and time to investigate it further

you can try it, maybe something needs to be changed in the software setup, i didn't played w/ it at all, other than entering the credentials which is needed for the software to work
the number you get seems to be good if you select the landline call option when you're on the meetme verification page, they accept it, the number is recognized as a valid number and seemingly meetme is doing the call, because i was managed to get to the page where they're asking for the code, but the call never came
 
you need physical sim cards dear...virtual simms isn't working well.

I know this thread is about 4 years old, but has there been any kind of progress from anyone regarding threatmetrix? @crowskeet what kind of experience do you have with them? Ever been able to crack their security before?
