Advice for my YT channel required

Hey everyone,
This isn't the first forum within which I am looking for help.
Thing is I've recently hit my 100th video milestone on youtube (gaming channel haha x) ) but the thing is I dont really see any progress within the growth itself, now usually that wouldn't alarm me because popularity isn't why I started this, it's just I am starting to doubt the quality of the videos I am producing.
It was hard at first starting out (the quality, renderings and all that editing stuff was hard to learn on my own so the quality of footage isn't as one would expect), but I expected atleast some sort of growth at the point where I am right now.
If it wouldn't be asking too much could you take a peak at some of the videos I made and give me any kind of feedback? If the answer is yes, then you can find my channel by searching dildrill in the youtube search bar.

If you don't feel like doing that, I would still appreciate any kind of tips that I could follow while I film and during the process of editing/uploading.

What are you doing in order to get more views and likes to your videos? Just producing videos and uploading them will not help.

You need to promote yourself throughout the whole gaming community. If you got that many videos out and barely any views then you have to promote yourself either through other people's videos or via social media

I'm sharing the videos on facebook/twitter/reddit. I edit my own captions and subtitles (heard somewhere that that hyperboosts your video's on search engines). I comment on alot of other videos related to gaming and not but I dont spam to check out my channel.
Creating thumbnails, working on correct tags, using annotations to link other videos/playlists and so on..

But I'm unclear how do I do this properly? Because I really don't want to go to random channels and just spam the same comment to check out my videos and channel..
I'm trying facebook, but it doesn't seem to help, neither does twitter or reddit...

In gaming the growth is slow because there already are tons of gamers who started their channel. If you are lucky enough to get promoted by some famous youtuber (Yogscast, Total Biscuit, Force, PewDeePie) or even less famous, then you will surely strike gold. But also your content has to be top notch because of the invasion of videos. You have to stand out of the crow in some way. Best of luck! Also try game related forums, email people and ask them if they want a cross promotion, maybe join a community or smth.
