If 1,000 friends don't know about you, it is useless although 1,000 friends are in your FB account. Better have 100 FB friends who know you and met you at least once than 1,000 FB friends who don't know about you. Better again, 1,000 FB friends know and met you at least once.

That seems to be the case, I was just trying to be helpful but I guess you have to show due diligence when responding to threads. I'm pretty new myself but I'm trying to learn quickly.
