Thank you, I'll PM you the skype support details and they'll be able to sort out this issue for you.

The main causes for the plugin seemingly not working are;

• The user isn't running the latest version of WP
• The web hosting company isn't using the latest version of PHP on the server
• The theme being used needs updating
• The theme being used interferes with the plugins ability to Like Jack people on images

Once support has gone through these things the plugin works perfectly.

But either way, our support team will always take of you.

It doesn't like it by default but it will do in the next update that we expect to be rolled out later this week.

Hi, we are looking at making this for other platforms as well as a stand alone version if possible. We'll keep the thread updated with the progress of that as it happens.

UPDATE: To all customers who have purchased the LITE version of the plugin.

We have fixed a small bug that was causing the plugin to not register a Like on FB after jacking visitors. This has now been fixed and only affects customers who purchased the LITE version.

Please look for an email from from us that contains your new download link and license key. These will be sent out in the next 10 minutes.

Please download the new version ASAP from the link in that email.

Then deactivate and delete the current Lite version of the jacker plugin that you have installed on your blogs.

Then upload and activate the new version and all will be well again.

The file was updated in JVZoo. When we release an update we release that as the only version of the plugin to avoid support issues with people using old versions which were found to have a bug.

If there is an issue with the plugin please contact our support on Skype. I'll PM you with the contact details and they'll be able to resolve the issue.

That's the thing, if it didn't work then we wouldn't have the reviews that we have for it. 99% of 'issues' are resolved within a few minutes of Skype chat with the support team. The biggest problem is that customers post on here stating the plugin doesn't work - this is a sales thread and not a support thread - so they are directed to Skype chat with the support team - after the issue has been resolved the customer doesn't posy back on this thread that the issue was resolved.

The end result is that we have a thread containing posts from people saying the plugin doesn't work. So the sales thread doesn't actually tell the whole story.

This is a BH plugin that is quite complex in the way it works to do what it does. There are some themes that it can't work with when Like Jacking images or videos but the pop-up box option still works.

The other common issues are the wrong settings by the user or the version of PHP that their web host is running isn't the latest one.

We did find a bug with the "Lite" version of the plugin but that has been resolved now. Any other outstanding issues that a couple of customers are experiencing are being dealt with by the support team.

BHW is accessible by anyone with an internet connection which means the plugin can be purchased by a total newbie and who may have not bothered to watch the user video guide for the plugin. So they install it without knowing how to use it properly and the first port of call is to come to this thread and state "The plugin doesn't work".

It does work, if it didn't the Mod wouldn't have approved it to start with. We also have some big players in the FB arena using this plugin and they've had no issues with it.

1- Can this plugin work on new sites?
2- There must be a fan page to use this plugin or not necessary?
3- If traffic comes with this plugin then is it safe for adsense?
4- How many visitors can come in new and fresh site daily with the help of this plugin?

Now that's not exactly accurate or fair is it. I have just looked at the support skype chat they had with you. At the moment the coder is looking at this issue and support will update you on the situation as soon as the coder can provide an answer as to what the issue is with the setup.

As I've said earlier on the thread - the plugin works. We tested it, others have used it and the Mod approved this thread so obviously the plugin works.

There are going to be situations where something in the setup of the hosting, the WP blog, the theme or other plugins could affect the Like Jacker plugin. When those occasions arise the support team does everything it can to identify and resolve the issue.

Please don't get me wrong, I just didn't have any reply back from support on skype today and yesterday so I asked here as I didn't see support available on skype that's all, they already replied a few minutes ago, btw thank you for perfect customer service, I see that you do your best to help and I appreciate it very much.

I'm sure the plugin works, otherwise I would have asked for refund, but your plugin seems very promising and I can't wait to see how powerful tool it would become.
