Servers are back up. Anyone facing login issues let me know here or through support ticket.
3.7 update will be released in a while with following changes :
1) add comma separated keywords for scraping
2) scraping slow - add timeout to make scraping faster
3) suggest keywords from database - a module to suggest related keywords from our database
4) google translate - Translate content in WAC output window through google translate (both spun and preview text)
5) spinners fix- Fix an error on foreign characters
6) video scraper - Bug fixed where no videos were showing
7) articles with titles in first line - When exporting to GSA now, WAC will add titles from DB to avoid "nothing was added error"
8) wac api bug - fixed a bug which gave "remote server could not be resolved"
9) article alley, isnare - Sites removed due to bad codes and site structure
10) wac translate bug - Translate content server error (for french and german) fixed

WAC is for windows only. You can run in Mac if you use parallels to create virtual images

Looks promising! Can you explain how exact the WAC find the articles from keywords. I mean if the keyword is e.g. 'instagram', will the WAC scrape for the keyword e.g. 'instagram followers' too? Is WAC scrap for exact keyword in articles tag?
For the comma separated keywords - is this means if I add, "twitter marketing,social marketing,social network" it will scrape for all these 3 keywords?

Hi,
1) WAC scrapes google for article urls based on your keyword and site operator so like : site:ezinearticles.com + "your keyword". Whatever url is returned is scraped.
2) Yes all 3 will be scraped. Looks like i will have to delay update till tomm though. WAC is running into speed issues with so many urls. Should be fixed in few minutes but we won't get to test it much. So will release by tomm early morning (12-15 hrs from now)

I am not sure where I can find the support since I can't find it in my account panel nor in the sales page here.
I am having problems uploading bulk articles to GSA even when following the instructions from youtube.
The error message shown on GSA is "Sorry nothing was added"

Sorry support went to spam. We replied today only. Let me know if it helps. Update will be available within few minutes from now. Just start WAC and it will show update option in top right in first tab.
3.7 is out with changes mentioned on previous page.

yup one license = two machines login. To use on third just remove from one pc
Hi, i have WAC V3.3 on my vps and today i m not able to login its giving me Error 404 not found on login screen, i tried your site too but its only showing welcome post i guess its down too sending you pm with my account details pls check and do the needful
