I know this pretty noob to some of you but how do you create facebook pages with a link to a button may be buy now or sign up i have checked power editor but you have to pay i want to promote a page without paying

just add the link with http:// in page description / info

I admit Its confusing but what I meant is there any way to create an fb page with a button e.g buy now or shop I know that using power editor you design your page and pay a fee but am in a budget and am avoiding the fee.....and what sites do you use to design pages apart from photoshop
