Experiences with facebook clickjacking?

Hi guys, I know I know I can count on you all for some needed advice. If you have experience with facebook clickjacking/likejacking please use this thread to share your experiences.

1. How many likes you send to a page each day
2. How often you post to the page
3. Whether your pages have received the confirm like restriction
4. Was it removed and how?
5. Can it be removed by promoting the page through facebook for likes?

I sent about 1000 likes per day to my page, posted every half hour, received a confirm button about 1 month later (which seems to be linked to the page rather than my site as other pages work on the same site), and haven't managed to have it removed (it's been about 2 month since).

I got facebook pages unpublished and domains blacklisted due to clickjack scripts. If you do it use fake accounts and new pages.
