From how you phrase your question I will suggest to forget the proxy and start a learning session.
But if you still thing you know what you are doing then I suggest to use the proxy section of this forum. Not sure why you need a user authentication proxy but the proxy section is still your best choice.

He needs user authentication proxy for some software maybe, like gsa and other softwares if i do not mistake use private proxies with username and password, public proxies are not good for that type of work

This is a common format, all private proxy providers would give you in the same format, it would then depend upon your seo tool as they tend to use different formats. Try buy proxies, its normal to get 10 shared private proxies for $10 then decreasing by the number to you.

Backing up- 10 proxies for 8 bucks is damn cheap,

And have been using them on GSA till yet no issue....
Finally if you need more cheaper.. then in the morning only I was thinking for something crazy....

Connect each IP.. and note it down.
If any how you can search on google for the port that particular IP is using... u r on your way.
