We're trying to iron out a few issues at the moment, so we extended Beta till Nov 15.

You mean in v3 compared with v2?

Yep the API subscriptions are totally standalone. The new API uses features from v3, but the new API calls have to be implemented in each piece of software. This could take a little while.

When you mention 'could take a little while', do you mean for software devs to implement this?

I will use the api in my own softare, so that's no issue. Can you let me know approx how long a call for, say, 200 words would take?

I mean that they will have to release new versions of their software to users to use the new API - and it will require them to change the API code.

That's AWESOME to hear. Using the basic API methods, its as fast as your internet connection - the server takes about 5ms per 500 words. With the advanced methods, it can take about 3 seconds for a 500 word article

Am I the only one who keeps having to reisntall Chimprewriter?

I had the basic version. And I updated to the pro. Sometimes, it will ask me to go through the activation process..again.
I would sometimes restart the program, and it will work fine, with the Pro version opening up.

In the last two days, it consistently kept asking me to reactivate. I did, because I really needed the software. It redownloaded the thesaurus. Everything.

Now all the personalization that I've implemented are gone, like my Favorite Synonyms. It blows. I almost feel discouraged.
The Favorites feature allowed me to rewrite articles that were of high quality and relevant.

It's back to square one...

Anyone else with this issue?

This isn't something we have heard of regularly through the support desk. It seems weird that this keeps happening for you.

Your local syns should exist in a file called "LocalThesDefault" in your AppData directory. The software itself should never delete this file. Shoot a ticket to http://support.akturatech.com and ask to be escalated to James

Ive tried the free version, i dont know what im doing wrong, im pasting the article in the space and then "one click rewrite" it but when i the spun article url in copyscape, theres a lot of pages that coming up?

hey, I just purchased quarterly subscription 2 days ago but my software haven't upgraded yet, please solve my problem, already opened ticket but nobodys answering ticket id#3769 .
It'll be really good if you can do it today, cause I hav loads of writing work pending. thanks

Yep the original post link still works and the discount applies across all plans. As for the rewrite I'd recommend using global syns instead to control it a bit better, then remove original word and generate a spin

At this stage no. Word AI produces much higher quality results than SR so we prefer using them
