Hi, I ordered Spinner chief ultimate today with the black Friday deals. However, the serial number is not working... how long does it take to activate? I've emailed for assistance, but no reply yet.

It's been over 48 hours. So far all I've been sent is a dud serial number. I assume I will be sent a working one??... after my 7$ trial runs out. This is either on purpose to stop people cancelling before the full amount is taken, or they have an inept system to generate serial codes for their own product. Either way, I'm not impressed, going to take my money elsewhere unless this is sorted soon.

Update: Now resolved, original serial has been activated and works. Have been told the trial has been extended an extra few days.

Not very impressed by the sentence spin feature, although it is pretty much a big feature for SC3.
For instance, check out this sentence which it can't spin.
Logistics, like payments, is an area of focus for a number of tech companies in Southeast Asia given the generally poor quality of infrastructure across the region.
Of course that's too long and the AI doesn't know how to break it up, so adding in a comma manually at "Asia, given". Which then it starts to work.

But, that isn't quite sentence rewriting. I don't kow if adding words to a sentence is called rewriting, and it used "an" infront of a "C".
Here's my own rewrite:
Given the generally poor quality of infrastructure across the region, Logistics, like payments, is an area of focus for a number of tech companies in Southeast Asia.
For a number of tech companies in Southeast Asia, given the generally poor quality of infrastructure across the region, Logistics, like payments, is an area of focus for them. (I don't know if it is structurally correct to start with a "For", as well as the rest of the sentence, but to me it looks ok, as what I'm after is shuffling them, not getting perfect score)
Another example:
Her mother was unable to continue the administrative work that she had done faithfully, for over twenty-five years. Therefore, {Monica took over the family business.|Monica took over the grouped family business.}
This one initially doesn't have the comma between "faithfully and for", so I added it, but it stil doesn't recognize the context. Shouldn't it spin to "for over twenty-five years, Her mother was unable to continue the administrative work that she had done faithfully" ?
And spinning the family to adding "group" isn't supposed to be the sentence rewriting job in my opinion, it should be the word/phrase spin. So that counts as 2 failures in row. Can't spin properly, and using word/phrase spin in a sentence spin job.
Would like to hear your thoughts.
