1. How much can I expect to earn from them in say 1 month or a week. I mean how soon will the earnings begin?
2. I have a single adsense account which I will be using. Will that be enough for any no. of sites?
3. Also, will I need to do some SEO? Now, don't tell me "some SEO", tell me how and how much. I mean if the sites earn zilch, you can't just say "you did no SEO"!
4. Will I need my own hosting? And of course, domains? I am assuming yes..

Could I see some samples too? I am tempted to signup but at the same time it sounds too good to be true. Like it sounds like people buying these sites are making their money back in days.. So why wouldn't you just make all the sites for yourself and have more profit for yourself?
