They ranked good so they are getting huge traffic. Exact Traffic Counting is really waste of time.

Alexa matters in few cases. But most of the time its just waste of time.

You can try to use SemRush, but sometimes it give really wrong results. Also compete. If it has videos you can check for the video views if it is embedded in same page.

Also if it seels advertizing check for the AdvNetwork if they declare the page views.
