Did you read the marketplace rules? At some point it says "Wait patiently to hear back from the staff regarding your sales thread". You don't seem patient.

you are right but i wonder about the reason.

sometimes you don't get any explanation: "If you do not receive a response from the staff after two weeks, assume that your thread has been denied. We do not discuss the reasons for denied threads, so don't PM asking, this will not get your thread approved."

so it's either this or just a slight delay, in the golden days sometimes it took weeks to approve a sales thread, 3 days is nothing compared to that

Believe or not Mods are VERY busy. Best if you contact them via BHW IRC/Skype (Wait 5-7 days before doing so).
