But you don't know how to design it, or what the functionality is going to be?

What about hosting?
Delivery?
Scalability?
Security?
Content?
Payment processing?

To be better than Pornhub, you need to make sure some, or all of these things are better.

Especially content - to be better than Pornhub you are going to need more content, better content, original content, HD content, probably 4K quality at a minimum.

So what's your plan for achieving all those things?

when i say better than pornhub, its in a jokingly way with being optimistic about my sites future. Pornhub in #1 and well-known. if i compared my domain with less known site you guys probably wouldnt know what im talking about. I have many ideas written down. i have a unique way/direction i want to market and take this site in. when it comes to content i will first upload from affiliates then add my exclusive content on a set schedule. i do know how i want it to function but as of right now it may not be achievable since i need so much done and due to a couple of other things or may find a better way/ idea.

I can't share everything with you guys on the image and ideas i have just yet , because im afraid somebody will do it before me so im trying to limit myself . Sorry if i sound confusing. but this site will be more than just a tube site of course. i have many things i want to add on to it. it'll be something targeted for the teens. with a young and hip feel haha and all that social networking good stuff, Tumblr and twitter, snapchat, instagram etc. i know this will take me a long time

And if you don't know how to build a site, and won't tell us anything besides wanting to use Wordpress, the best advice you will get is to go watch some videos on Pornhub or install a theme on Wordpress and try and figure out what you are trying to do with it.

EDIT: And are you sure you've thought this through? A teen porn site with social media features that is better than Pornhub? I wonder who will share on Facebook about having just watched "naughty babysitters 3: the revenge of the pacifier"

*again saying its better than pornhub is just a joke but who knows what will happen in 5 years haha* lol i was waiting for someone to say that about facebook. Like i said im headed down a long road . Im new to all this computer web design/ development and terms. I've started building the website through wordpress and it went through many changes. it's currently up but there's no content because ive had some probleems with importing. Of course i'll be able to share way more information in a private message with somebody who's offering their service not on a public thread. the site colors i want are a nice sleek red, white and black. here's a picture of logo and character. I don't want a simple boring hompage with the lastest up loaded videos, i want a couple more things to be the center of attention. for example only: video of the day, pic of the day, maybe what pornstars are tweeting/ pornstar of the day . the list goes on. but i know simple is sometimes the best. im more into just making money off the advertisement space/traffic on the site which i know will be a hard thing.
