New site unknow high traffic

Hello everyone,
I have created an affiliate website a week ago. There are some cpa,ppc affiliate api services and I'm downloading all the xml and importing them to my database by parsing after that I'm showing them on the site.

The products are mostly about clothing. The database has got more than 50k product for now and it is growing.
My targeted markets are UK,US, Canada,EU as well.

My question is I did not do anything for seo or I didn't spend any single cent for ads. but how I'm getting that high traffic. Will this harm my project in the future? If it will or it can what I must do to protect my site..

Says its direct traffic so must be people putting it right into their browser. Possibility it could be fake traffic but it is hard to tell

I think that the direct hit is google crawler.
