Well, it appears TheFreshPrince is looking for unpaid interns.

TheFreshPrince, why don't you post ads around your college campus. College students love proving their "academic superiority" in every subject. Better yet, hold a "contest" around your college campus to determine the best writer and give them various niches to write about. Offer a minuscule reward like $50 or an iTunes gift card to the winner, and then use all of the articles from the content on your website.

Great Post Mate! I thought about using my classmates but never in that way. I will try that. But I also want writers I know can make an author profile and will log in and post regularly even if it's only 5X500 word articles/month.

Good luck on finding writers who will write for free. Most people who will see your thread are either individual free lance writers or content writing companies. You're posting in a section called "hire a free lancer" which a large majority of the members who enter are individuals looking to get paid. Everyone here knows that you can get paid to write. Even if you're passionate on writing about a topic, why not get paid at the same time?

I wouldn't exactly say that i'm "hating" this thread. I think you're just definitely looking in the wrong place though. After reading your original post, as soon as you mentioned about your college, I was gonna post what Zwielicht said, but he beat me to it

If you think that I am a HATER then yes I am a hater --- of members who try to take advantage of others and ALSO break a few rules in process.... in this section you can only hire members if you are going to PAY for their services... read the rules.

Hey Guys!

I'm looking for individuals that are passionate about writing and have free time on their hands. I'm building a website right now and it's making $0/month and it won't make any money until I get my clothing brand off the ground. I currently have a classmate(journalism) writing articles and he is doing a great job; however, he's only really good at writing for the fashion niche. I'm not making money so I can't afford to pay writers, especially on my college student budget so I am seeking those that are just passionate about one of my niches. Eventually, once I am making money, I will make writing for me worth your while and the wait will have been worth it.

There's bound to be haters in this thread with comments like "you think people are just gonna write for free" and other useless posts. Nothing I can do about that I guess.

P.S. I do have a writer application on my site and I have receive one other application however I am waiting on a sample to confirm.

5x500 a month for free? That's at least $40/month for quality writing. I would be interested if it paid something, anything. Some people charge $50-$100 for a quality 500 word article.

If you want free writers, why not offer people a share in the site and its profits? At least that shows some sort of commitment, otherwise you are just using and abusing people.
You might as well just ask people to give you their money.
