About pingler.com really is a great way to get banned.....
These guys who set that up don't know what they are doing Why? Because they just threw in anything they can find. Fact if you ping foreign google sites that are either not in their language or not local as it should be Google uses that to red flag your site/blog !!

If you are using wordpress you can get pingomatic take that list that is up there put it in and every time you make a post it will ping them. But dont make to many posts a day maybe 4-5 would be safe spread out through the day just schedule them and you would be good to go.
I don't think it would be wise to ping your site 4-5 times a day. Some may disagree, but I think you're looking for trouble if you do it that much. Let's face it, most sites do not post content 4-5 times a day so why would you ping it?
