Banned Instagram Accounts

Hello friends. I want all the help that can give to resolve the issues..My friend's accounts had been deleted for not following Instagram terms. He had email support and Instagram reply that they are not support that channel anymore and ask to read the FAQ at help.instagram... So how we gonna know why the accounts had been disabled? Is there any other channel that we can email to ask the matters?TQVM ... Really need help from you guys:(:(:(

Sorry to hear that. Personally, from what I've read, I don't think there's anything you can do (I might be wrong though). Does he have any idea what he might have done that was against the Instagram terms?
 
I guess this is not the Instagram Official support forum :p Usually if his account got banned in mistake instagram will reply and restore the account back! You should send email to support [at] instagram dot com. They might take 1 week to reply usually. maybe more.... who knows.
 
Hello igerslike. Can u please me give me Instagram email support? I had try to email support@instagram dot com but they are no longer support it and they asking to read it by ourselves at FAQ help.instagram dot com
 
Depends what his account contained, maybe some inappropriate photos, maybe someone reported his account or just they just closed it for violation of terms of agreement. Instagram has quite a bunch of rules that should not be broken by the users, maybe your friend did something wrong unintentionally. It seems that at some point this summer it was a spree of account closing so keep mailing Instagram until is willing to replay if not just make another account since there is nothing left to do.
 
Hi London Flex my friends are using bot to increase the followers. Run the bot not least than two weeks.. Every day run with setting :
Delay follow and unfollow 20 - 25 seconds
Automation interval 4 - 6 minutes
Daily follow and unfollow 500 - 550
In my opinion i think this is the safe setting.
p/s: My friend's accounts are 1 years old

Yup i do think that make another accounts is the best way but we really need to know why Instagram deleted his accounts to avoid this things happen again.. And now they have no support from Instagram anymore and we must read the FAQ by ourselves. Dowhh..

Slightly worrying, I'm using very similar settings myself :S What kind of content did the account contain?

I have no idea then. Just out of interest, was the account getting good interactions from other users? Maybe Instagram flags an account as being spammy if it's overly active but not getting interacted with? I have no idea if this is a thing, I'm literally just thinking out loud...

I think is not that problems.. I'm thinking about the active activity of follow and unfollow. Just read other thread and you had tested it right about reverse following issues? Yup maybe it is the cause
 
Do you follow/unfollow only? Never do likes and comments on this account?
 
One of my client's account got banned for violating their terms, she emailed their support and they asked her to provide them with a ID to identify that the account is hers and then she got it back.
 
Thanks friends. I will ask my friends to keep email Instagram support for this matters
