As we mentioned on our sales thread, we don't just place links with articles on the site that we already access to or list of blogs that allow guest posts.. This thread is completely real sites after knowing your niche. We will start outreach the blogs manually based on the keyword & site URL (after knowing it). We just want you to submit the details, we will then get back with the list of real sites within a week or as soon as site owner responds. Hope you understand!

Yes, It's one time payment. We prefer & deal site owners to publish article on actual root domains & moreover we will provide you blogs to choose, so you can decide according to your requirements.

There are 4 things about the service that makes it special and worth using in my opinion:

1) Communication - The communication is excellent and the OP makes sure he understands your business before looking for places to post for you.
2) Quality of the sites - The articles are placed on sites that are uber relevant and not spammy at all. The OP communicates with the site owners to make sure that there will be no conflict and that everything is a good fit.
3) Content - Excellent content that is not spun at all and is 100% natural and native English. Solid stuff indeed.
4) Indexing - I have yet to have a problem getting any of the pages indexed as quickly as I wanted... these sites are crawled by Google and indexed fairly quickly.
5) The OP - He is a class act and a person that you want to do business with for sure. I prefer to do business with people that are decent and this man is top of the line there.
