Yes, you can definitely use but two things. 1. I would kindly request you to give me the HTML versions of the character2. You have to understand not all platforms support foreign characters so your anchor text might have some unrecognizable characters. Apart from this, 80% of the anchor text will be fine.

Before placing an order, I just have a quick question about what you said on foreign characters:

Is it required that we give you the encoded HTML versions for foreign text characters? For example, I am totally ok that a chunk of my anchors may not be supported or display properly. But I'd rather have the 80% or so that are supported appear as "日本語" in the page source rather than encoded anchor text like this every time: & #26085;& #26412;& #35486; (spaces inserted after ampersands to prevent rendering text)

For people who are cool with 20% or so of their anchors displaying as gibberish, is it alright for us to just give you the foreign text keywords instead of encoded HTML versions?

Our TAT is usually 10 days. If your order is a big order like the 50k link package then it can take longer.

Yes you are right, we don't process the orders immediately because there will be a queue that needs to be maintained. There will be other orders in the queue which has to be first processed and only then your order will be started. I hope you understand. Nevertheless you could have just PMed me or emailed me and I would gladly refunded you instead of raising a dispute on Paypal?

Hi,

There are quite a few orders in queue and once they are completed yours will be added to the queue immediately. For regular orders the TAT is 10 days and for large orders like the 50k package it can take a longer time.

may i know how long is the TAT if i order?

The TAT will be around 10 days for regular orders and can be more for bigger orders.

We are trying to add more and more servers to accommodate all the orders we get.
