I follow up about 200 people and they say "slow down" and I can't follow more for few hours, how she do it with no ban? I also saw a lot of similar accounts who follow like 40k+ people and have less than 1k followers..

How it's possible?
 
Aged account by the looks of things or the requests were sent on previous weeks.

Yes, that's how aged accounts work. If you make a new account you need to wait a bit more to get some followers before you follow more people. But with aged accounts you can follow 300 per hour or two hours.
 
I did a test on a brand new Pinterest account. I could follow 200 people in an hour, but if I kept "forcing" follow requests it would let me follow more just because of the sheer amount of requests I was sending. The forced ones had around a 5% success rate, but it still worked.

How do you mean "force" the follow requests?
