so we will sugest to the followliker awner to add this future "follow people who just tweet in the last x min"
this will be good right ?

i agree with this, it would make us follow active users or people who were last active in the last hour. therefore increasing the follow back rate

FollowLiker already seems to have a function like this that is only follow fresh users. Not sure exactly what "fresh users" is defined as though. Would be nice to know.

i think it's set as default and it's not what you can adjust

i don't have the twitter version, only the unlimited instagram version, and with that for instance if you scrape for a particular hashtag for liking, you'll get the most recent picture uploads at first, i'm guessing it's the case w/ the twitter modul too, so what OP asking is already implemented, you just can't see it as a feature

i can be wrong with this though, but you can always ask the owner

What twitter has is Scrape Top Results for someone's followers. and that doesn't an they are active it just means that they are the latest followers i think

not just tweeting, but following is an interaction too, which means the most recent followers of an acc must be active even if they haven't tweeted recently, unless you try to follow the followers of an inherently inactive acc

on the other hand there's no way to check when they followed the acc, so maybe you're right, the time of a tweet reflects better whether an acc is active or not, but at the same time, you can miss out on people who don't tweet much, just follow
