New to buying sites.

I don't have that much in the bank, but i can get a Loan. I'm looking to invest the loan to inquire a steady revenue stream. As i was sitting on the porcelain thrown (the crapper) it hit me like a ton of bricks, buy sites with already a steady revenue stream, but i have NO idea of what to look for and what to look out for. This is a one-shot deal, and if it goes belly up i'm very much screwed!

Can anyone reputable give me a crash coarse?

Be careful when you get loans from banks to invest on websites. If you decide to go through with it you have to learn a lot of thinks first before your first attempt. And never buy a website on flippa promising earnings x per month if it is priced lower than 10x, it will be fake earnings. My personal advice to you is to start building a site yourself so that you can learn everything around it and then invest on buying websites. On BHW marketplace you can find a lot of services that could help you with the whole process.

Proceed with caution. Newbies can easily get scammed by website sellers who may be faking their traffic and/or revenue. Not only that, you need to do homework on the site you are buying, such as history, traffic sources, how the site is managed, work involved, etc..

If I were you, I'd start looking at the right places first. Places like Flippa or FreeMarket isn't really for beginners to buy websites because you have to do your own due diligence. I would go with reputable brokerages that actually do the due diligence for you like FEInternational, EmpireFlippers, or Latonas.
