Which tool(s) do you guys use to create social bookmarks?

I currently have GSA SER and I use lists but I have very low success rate with social bookmarks. Is there any tool(s) better than GSA SER for this job?

I've had projects working on GSA SER for months (5-6+) and only 2-3 bookmarks have been created. I need a tool to create 1000s of bookmarks in a short period of time if possible. Is there such tool on the market?

You can also look into using Social Poster, although I cannot tell you much about it as I have never used it.

2012? I need something fresh that is updated and works with newest platforms and websites. The one you sent me I never heard of and their homepage returns tons of PHP errors. Doesn't seem right.

I understand that but I have to serve over thousands of bookmarks per day, there's no way I can achieve that everyday. That's why I need an automated software.
