Hey Are you sure about that? The same report gets new sheets added to it every month. Sometimes people miss the new sheets at the bottom.

I haven't written a review about this, so I figured I should now.
I've been using the service for over a year now.. Yes, a year.. I have a middle package and I throw my clients URL's on there. Throughout the year, I've taken a month off here and there to test to see if there have been any declines, and I've seen drops in rankings from some of them, some I haven't.
Pros:
The automation is amazing. Seriously, I would never do the amount of signals they do each month for each link. Too much work.
The customer service is solid. Whenever a client drops, I just submit a ticket and they swap the URL with another one for the next billing period. Done.
The reporting is amazing. Google docs integration, everything is formatted consistently, and they provide proof for most of the work being done.
Cons:
The screenshots come across repetitive; meaning that if I compare a screenshot for one of the FB Posts from 6 months ago, it looks the exact same as the one from this month. It has me skeptical because there is no timestamp showing proof for a lot of it. My suggestion to them is to improve this type of validation.
Some of the signals have nothing on them; and they have no explanation why, the report is just missing data.. If I'm paying you decent money every month for a package, I would expect to have these services all fullfilled or add new services to make up for it.
Suggestion:
I'd like to see some more hard links created each month for what I'm paying. Example: Build me a Slideshare Slideshow each month, or use Animoto and create a slideshow video that has a URL, and pump up the views.. Or have a High PR link created each month.
All in all, completely happy though.. I just think they need to juice it up a little more.

Hey Guys, I don't post on this thread as its usually maintained by taktical. I have not been able to reach him for weeks as well. So I thought I would go ahead and take care of the queries until he is away.
