What do I need to run follow liker?

Okay obviously I need a laptop and follow liker, then I am going to buy some IG proxies and instagram accounts, after that do I just need a vpn or vps? I am not sure what these are or what I need for this specific so some help would be great. Thanks!

You don't really need a vps. Find your niche you want to target, do some research on popular tags/popular accounts. Put them in the bot and play around with it till the accounts are growing. Just test really
