its dev has discontinued it a long ago, so unless you have a nulled version w/ updates, i'm afraid xgram won't work anymore

no, with followliker is strictly prohibited to upload pics of justin bieber or anything which even just remotely resembles justin bieber

on a more serious note, not sure what do you mean when you say "like this"
there's a vivid sales thread in the BST section, you can address your questions to the owner of followliker directly
