wtf is this? and how is this a method without owning land?
On a similar note, my buddy is constantly traveling in and out of a busy city. And he found that he was paying a lot of money for parking spots as he was meeting people for business. So he found several unused parking spots throughout the city and rented them. Thought he could rent them out when he wasn't using them and now makes about $3000.00 a month flipping parking spots in the city. Sometimes owners or buildings have spots that aren't being used. My buddy rents them from them and re-rents them out for a profit to business people like him. Took him about a year to set it up and now mostly it just works on its own. Considering that some of those go for $100 to $300 per week, he doesn't need very many clients.
