Selling Bootleg DVDs...is Illegal in USA ?

Yes of course they will return it to you - just make sure you enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope.

Are they going to arrest the person who bought that item..,when they identified a bootleg copy?
I don't think they take such a serious action for such a cases

Just give it up, you're putting other people at risk for little profit. People can download movies, they know that. Otherwise this leads me to believe that you'd be pretending that they were authentic.
