GSA comes with inbuilt proxy system, why not use that itself.

GSA own proxy system scrapes public sources for public proxies. You can try that out but you are not going to get great submission rates.

I have been using BuyProxies for such a long time now only for GSA SER and I haven't had any complaint with them. plus their customer support is simply awesome!
