commenting on top 100 users on instagram? Followers?

Hello, guys!I have an idea.So there is a list of top 100 users on instagram.On average they have 5 millions followers.Each pic gets 250k likes.So I have an idea.What if I comment on those profiles new pics asking to follow me?300 comments per day on top 100 profiles is a good reach.What do you think? Anyone tried it?Please share your experiences. Thanks.

One Direction fans.
Miley Cyrus fans.
Ariana Grande fans.

You are just wasting your time they would not be active followers, You should work on your niche for example if you make a page about NBA do this strategy on the famous pages and players of the NBA, If you did what you are talking about and you got for example 50k followers lets see you gonna make 15$ per day, but if you did what i'm saying with 50k you may make +100$ per day buddy cause they love what you are posting

Whenever I run followliker to comment on celebrity's pictures, I always get blocked from commenting, whereas commenting on normal people's pictures works fine. Does anybody know why?
