Hello,

I'm looking for a software to create and manage multiple facebook accounts manually with specific proxy for each account.

Many thanks,
xx

There's Multiloginapp, where they give you 10 browser profiles for free (anything more - you pay).
But you still need proxies with each browser.

So I bought proxies and tried it - TOTAL FAILURE!
All 10 FB accounts where cancelled. And I was using a different proxy for each one of them.
I tried to contact their customer support - didn't reply to my email.

I've been using mass planner for a while and it works well. I think the basic package allows at least 10 accounts. However, it doesn't automatically create accounts, but it's easy to create accounts using it.

First, I am really sorry for your experience with Multiloginapp and really surprised at the same time because customer support has always been a strong side of Multiloginapp. We strive to answer all customer support e-mail within 1 business day. Sometimes it may take longer but over 2-3 business days is really rare. You may send me your contact e-mail address privately and I will check what had happened with your letter.

Second, Multiloginapp is used by hundreds if not thousands of users to manage multiple Facebook accounts. The most common use is agencies managing accounts for their clients. Of course, accounts can be limited but with Multiloginapp it is unlikely to happen due to "account linking". In your case, the reason might be either blacklisted proxy IP addresses or overly aggressive actions in accounts, both things outside of Multiloginapp's control. I am not very knowledgeable in Facebook marketing but to my best knowledge, it is better to access Facebook accounts through residential IP addresses.

We have investigated the issue and I am here to report back.
Your two first e-mails to customer support were answered within 10-15 minutes. Your third e-mail indeed got lost somewhere. It eventually got answered two weeks later. I don't know the reason for this delay as there are no notes in our customer support software regarding this. While this issue is clearly our fault which I apologize about, I kindly ask you and anyone else in a similar situation to repeat the e-mail that remained unanswered for more than 3 business days. Thanks and apologies again.
