UPDATE: I submitted my "Proof of Address" documents to paypal but now they ask for a "Photo ID". Can you do that?

One gets USA Verified PayPal and than what? How can one deposit some money into 'stealth' PP account, without any connection to his 'real' accounts? Any advice or a solution would be appreciated.

So it was a scam? He add me in skype and showed through skype remote his job was done - many many passports. but when i asked, if I can pay by paypal - he told me its not possible and then he told me, that Im a scammer, because I want to pay by paypal) Then I understood, that its not you.
Please please skype me or e-mail me. I will wait your reply. Im very urgent with this Thailand driver id. And I will need your service very often. Im very happy, that I find you. Checked your forum, you offer so many useful things!!! Before, when paypal asked us to provide photo id - we just leave that paypal and go, so pity.
When you online usually? The problem is I'm in Beijing time and I think we have big difference.
